Target Market
Napo's target market is foreign tourists and executives who require transfers from the airport as well as government or parastatal groups and other group tours.
While currently the main income comes from business done by government, Napo is also penetrating the tourist market by offering a complete and comprehensive tours services in consultation and association with other industry players such as travel agencies locally, nationally and internationally. The segment of the market is predicted to continue to grow and would probably reach its peak in 2010 during the world cup. For instance in recent years foreign tourism arrivals for October, November and December were higher than the same preriods in previous years.
Napo will also continue to take advantage of business from government which has been a constant source of revenue for business for a number of years.
